Ginkgo leaves lampshade

This lampshade design is of ginkgo leaves, one of the oldest trees around. They are green in summer but turn a beautiful yellow in autumn. The lampshade is hand painted on cotton lawn rather than silk as it holds the colour more strongly. 20cm diameter – £50. The drawing underneath is another lampshade design featuring oak leaves – my favourite tree!
